The cabin & barn at Kaleidoscope Hill each cozily sleep 4. There is no nightly rate to stay in either of these homes. Simply pay the $150 cleaning fee (+$60 if you're bringing a fury friend). Both are be first-come, first-served unless it's obviously better for everyone to do some shuffling.
If you're not too fussy about where you sleep or are budget conscious, the camper van and workshop are also available gratis.
The Sahari Lodge is the "official" offsite lodging and has been booked for Memorial Day weekend in anticipation of the need for additional capacity. It's also a great place to throw a party!

Not enough room on premise for your dates? Below are some other accommodations offered by other friends in the Mariposa community.
Dana & David, the owners of Sierra Cider, actually lived in the cabin at Kaleidoscope Hill for a few months, while they negotiated the renovations of their newly acquired cidery.
Yep, that's right, these two moved to Mariposa from LA so that when their WFH jobs wrapped up they could lay back and, you know... run an apple cider business.
Since then, these two creative powerhouses transformed their space into a beautiful retreat for travelers, run a extremely fun and scary Tortured Orchard over Halloween, and created two little humans of their own.
Sierra Cider is home to great cider, many animals, a tasting room, and immaculate vibes. And they're just down the road from Kaleidoscope Hill.
Avand and Charles met at Airbnb in a totally voluntary meeting when Mariposa came up in conversation. They both happened to have recently invested in properties here.
Then Samara, Airbnb's then moon shot division, launched "Backyard," which was supposed to become some kind of drop-shippable short-term rentable home that could be installed on lots with extra space.
Charles qualified to be part of this program and has this bizarre Airbnb to show for it. Pretty cool story and a very cool space if you're into spaceships.
